      No Pros as such working in this company.

      Cons

      one of the worst places to work with, managers micromanage you're each and every move. they have spies in the workplace to complain about. Bench policy is worst; your job is at risk once you move to Bench. Promotions are given based on the bucketing policy. Variable pays are not paid on time. hikes and promotions are joke.

      Pros

      Easy work very relaxed environment but is heavily dependent on client site and manager.

      Cons

      Pay is not transparent. Even if the pay rate would come out to 75k a year between client only unpaid holidays and small amount of time off only 2 weeks a year. My total gross income has been closer to 60k a year
