You will end up in reporting to 2 managers every year Continuous changes in leadership team and changes in reporting manager structure Sales will cash the benefits and is a sales centric organization Most of the time you will not receive the Variable pay Growth is almost zero, if start a position with certain CTC and you will end up in exiting the organization with same CTC Due to very low brand value in market you cannot attract a skilled resource, always you will have third graded resources Organization is lack of innovation and most of its revenue is from renounces placing at customer site and is a body shopping Your learning is almost zero and Organization will not spend on your learning, as well on job learning also near zero for managers and above designations Middle mangers will face very high organizational politics, every new comer Director, Senior director, VP etc want to bring their people, and they will target the existing people and make to exit by pushing you in to bench pool and you will face HR exit, it is not linked to your performance, just organizational politics. Senior management and leadership team will not be approachable and you will be left like orphan Huge risk to join in middle management role
