Pros

I shared a review within my first year of working at RFMS post acquisition. However, I have noticed that the flexible atmosphere has actually increased since I started with the company, and even post acquisition my role has become very flexible with the times that I am able to work, and the position is now fully remote even though I started in an office setting. The people I work with are very nice, and the parent company (Cyncly) genuinely tries to care about their employees.

Cons

There are some growing pains with the entire company learning a new skillet (Web development) while being very pre-occupied with building a new SaaS application so guidance can be a little scarce (coming from a background where I learned that skillset in college and was able to pick up on my department's specific skillet, but my colleagues did not have that exposure before the current initiative) and other positions are in the weeds with their work.

Pros

Inclusive, some great products, good co-workers. Good message and strategy. Benefits and vacation time are also decent. Very good if you're hired in Lisbon, Sao Paolo or Kochi.

Cons

Not good if you're in the US or Canada, where it's expensive. Lots of layoffs. Struggling to grow with a lot of operational issues. People departing due to customer complaints. Can't execute on the strategy. Growth dependent on poor macroeconomic climate.
