Pros
A lot of the people who used to work there are good.
Cons
In April 2016, Cyanogen had about seventy people working there. In November 2016, they had forty -- half the company left, plus four or five hires. Everyone who isn't in upper management is working on finding another job. I saw a coworker almost cry when describing how a member of upper management treats them. They said that, every time they met with that person, they immediately went to HR after to record what the person said to them. I've heard similar stories about another member of management. My last manager at the company tried to manage me while he was on vacation halfway around the world. He used this to try to smear me in front of HR -- passing off completed tasks as not having been done, claiming things showed no traction despite updated JIRA tickets, lying about deadlines.
