They just let all of them go. To save a sinking ship, you threw some people off the boat and filled holes with dead bodies. Meanwhile take down the Android flag and fly a new "AI" flag. Wasn't one of the VPs hired for "intelligence" let go (according to TheInformation) before you found this new AI flag?
