      Pros

      - Very interesting project - Meaningful tasks (not much bug-fixing and old code digging) - A lot of cool modern hardware, sensors, boards to play with - Great team - Plenty of free food and drinks - Unlimited vacation - No excessive overlook

      Cons

      Office a bit small and dusty but company is about to move to better one

      Pros

      So far the opportunity at Cyngn is exciting to see. Everyone was super helpful with onboarding and made sure we have what we need to succeed. My coworkers and leadership all seem like great people and everyone seems excited about the future. A great group sof ar! I also appreciate the good health insurance.

      Pros

      The people are nice and I learned a lot from the people I interacted with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, c-suite manages in absentia and doesn't take accountability. Promotes a toxic culture of smoke and mirrors and doesn't reward hard work and commitment.
