- Great team chemistry. The team works very cohesively together, and helps each other out. Communication is generally efficient. - Great project. The team is working on something that is commercially promising even in a shorter horizon, which is rare in the autonomous driving industry. - Very dedicated and talented people.
Cons
- The need to wear different hats and be part of development projects in different areas of the system. This is good for those who want to seek a broad range of experience, but perhaps not suitable/desirable for people who want to focus on one narrow part of the system.
