      Pros

      Cyngn has already a really good prototype which many potential customers love already. Currently transforming a prototype into a real product Working in many different areas of autonomy and infrastructure A small and friendly team of professionals Hybrid work (can work from home or come to the office)

      Cons

      A lot of managers, directors, VPs, compared to the current engineers count. Probably will be OK when the team is through enough. Little complicated development process.

      Pros

      So far the opportunity at Cyngn is exciting to see. Everyone was super helpful with onboarding and made sure we have what we need to succeed. My coworkers and leadership all seem like great people and everyone seems excited about the future. A great group sof ar! I also appreciate the good health insurance.

      Pros

      The people are nice and I learned a lot from the people I interacted with on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, c-suite manages in absentia and doesn't take accountability. Promotes a toxic culture of smoke and mirrors and doesn't reward hard work and commitment.
