Excellent Company - Director of Marketing Cyngn Employee Review

Cyngn is an excellent place to work. The people are really lovely and I enjoy their company very much. Never before have I been at a place where I thought, "you know what? I could stay here my entire career." There's lots of opportunity for growth and they give you a real chance to shine if you're willing to put in the effort. The company offers unlimited PTO so I was very happy to be rewarded with 3 weeks off for my honeymoon. This year, I've already been approved for 6 weeks, which really shows that the company really rewards folks with PTO. The company is publicly-traded, which means we have easy access to our stock options. It also means we have some stability. You won't see the surprise suite of layoffs like you would at smaller companies. Nonetheless, Cyngn is still small. We have under 50 people, which means we get to really make a big impact.
