Pros

Absolutely zero. There are negative pros and infinite cons.

Cons

Where do I start? First, saying the culture here is "toxic" would be a poetic understatement. From the initial conversation to the final round of interviews, everything was done so unprofessionally and disrespectfully. Then, once you join the company, you notice right away how abysmal the management is from the up down. No one is aligned or on the same wavelength and communication is nonexistent. The toxicity of this company is purely disgusting and leaves a constant, bitter taste in your mouth all day long. The fact that this company exists is surprisingly and if things keep going the way they are, I believe it will go bankrupt and close down. Word to the wise: RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN THE OTHER DIRECTION!! DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT WORKING HERE. SAVE YOURSELF!! I hear that the company has reached a new low insofar that now they are rescinding offers of employment. I mean, who does that, really? That is the worst thing you could ever do to someone and Cyngn is exemplifying this maladaptive behavior now. I am so disgusted as an employee and I truly believe this company is on its way to hell.

Pros

So far the opportunity at Cyngn is exciting to see. Everyone was super helpful with onboarding and made sure we have what we need to succeed. My coworkers and leadership all seem like great people and everyone seems excited about the future. A great group sof ar! I also appreciate the good health insurance.

Cons

No cons so far that I can see.

Pros

The people are nice and I learned a lot from the people I interacted with on a daily basis.

Cons

Lack of communication, c-suite manages in absentia and doesn't take accountability. Promotes a toxic culture of smoke and mirrors and doesn't reward hard work and commitment.
