Pros

If you literally can't get a job anywhere else you can get hired here

Cons

Owner is paranoid, hyperactive, impulsive. Fires people randomly. Watches everyone on CCTV all day. Criminally unpaid. Only staff staying is a bunch of alcoholic drug addicts and nepo hires. Owners' relatives would show up clearly strung out.

Pros

Great place for overtime because nobody wants to work there.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, only care about certain people. They will nickle and dime you too death every year. Seasoned employees only get a 50 cent raise for the whole year. They need to fire all of Management and start over fresh. Too much favoritism there. They will feed you broken promises too keep you there.
