flexible work hours, relaxed culture, Friendly blue collar staff. Highly skilled manufacturing specialties, smart people and interesting work.

Cons

there is an absurd amount of drama. Sometimes the front office feels more like a soap opera.

Pros

Great place for overtime because nobody wants to work there.

Cons

Management is unprofessional, only care about certain people. They will nickle and dime you too death every year. Seasoned employees only get a 50 cent raise for the whole year. They need to fire all of Management and start over fresh. Too much favoritism there. They will feed you broken promises too keep you there.
