      Pros

      Good group of people and nice to be the largest builder in the country. It opens doors all else good to go

      Cons

      Low pay. No auto allowance or gas and we do a lot of driving ... nothing else to complain about nothing else to complain about

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
