      Excellent opportunity to sell a large volume of homes. Leadership provides the necessary tools for success. I've been with the company for several years and have always been treated good .

      Cons

      High stress sales position. 7 day a week job.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
