      Exceptional people, above average pay, excellent benefits package, flexible work schedule, ability to move/transfer within company and between divisions.

      Cons

      Not nearly enough planning ahead, constantly behind schedule on projects, too much turnover amongst sales personnel, not enough consistency between divisions

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
