      Pros

      Great benefit program, 401k, and many locations to transfer.

      Cons

      Pay is determined by community you work (commission only), no loyalty to employees due to high management turnover, several reports to be completed every week, back office is a mess and will cause you to lose sales on a regular basis.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
