      Pros

      The vision, goals, and people that are in this company are what make it Americas number 1 builder for so long. Its unlike any other company I have worked for, and you want to do your best for them.

      Cons

      In the field there are tons of homes being built at one time, sometimes the work load per person can be overwhelming, but thats part of the construction industry.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
