      Pros

      Excellent Benefits. Fortune 500 Company but each location is run independently enough that your role makes a difference in its' success. Great events and appreciation of employees is noticed. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Would prefer PTO instead of sick/vacation days split. Salaries are not the greatest but discretionary bonus program kind of makes up for it.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
