      Benefits were good Large company size is stable

      Cons

      Not being able to take vacation . Loosing days of vacation not carried over. not getting bonuses owed to you . supervisors treat you like dirt like you know nothing even with 20 plus years of building experience just to justify not paying bonuses

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
