      Good Company, strong leadership in MOST departments. If I had an opportunity to return came, I’d take it. Happy, friendly, family oriented.

      Cons

      No room to advance, lack of positive reinforcement. Planning Department needs better Management. Employees needed to see some light at the end of the tunnel to work toward.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
