      The money and benefits are Fantastic

      Cons

      there is no work or life balance. It is 100% work. expect days off to be spend on email and phone. Also expect homes being turned over to buyers to build so quickly that there are numerous construction issues, that warranty will take forever to go back to finish, which leaves you dealing with very unhappy buyers non stop

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
