      Pros

      Coworkers are all hard workers and have a high level of integrity.

      Cons

      Being "Hortonized" means doing the work of 3 people the Horton way without compensation for what you are worth. Benefits are reasonable for this day and age. Not great. Lots of secrecy and hidden agendas to keep employees off balance. A specialized style of abuse. They are so good at it you don't even realize when you are being gas-lighted. Everyone just shrugs it off and says "corporate".

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
