Pros
The pride of working for DR Horton's big name.
Cons
They expect the Sales Representatives to work full time with zero base pay or financial compensation. In the event a sale is not made, you still do not even receive a stipend for your efforts, even though you have been working full time for months. They do not tell you how long it takes to actually receive your first pay check. Expect to not be compensated for at least 3 months after you start even if you make a sale. You have to pay your own MLS fees. You are not allowed to use your PTO unless you find someone to cover your community and work for you. (When you are the lone salesperson in a community, it's impossible) You do not receive a lunch break and cannot leave the community for any reason. They can place you in any community (I lived within 5 minutes of multiple communities) and was placed in a community over an hour away from where I live. I was not compensated for travel or gas.
