      Benefits, co workers, other than that not much

      Cons

      Unless you suck up to upper management there is no room for growth. If you are a yes man and willing to nod your head up and down you will go far. Don't bring up issues or solutions no one other than you cares, you will never change their backwards thinking. The less you know the higher you climb up the messed up corporate ladder.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
