Pros

6 out of the 7 years I worked there were great. Depending on the division, they do fun things, even for office staff, fishing trips, beach trips, etc. Good bonuses even for office staff.

Cons

No regular raise schedule. Lack of current technology. If you transfer from another division, they treat you like an outsider. They don't like any kind of change. Refuse to implement even simple changes to make your job easier and more efficient. They need to hire more people in order to give a good work-life balance. They expect you to be married to your job, & when you start questioning or expressing your concern, they start treating you bad until you've had enough and can't take and ultimately they push you out.

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
