      Pros

      Opportunity to make a great income. Meet new people on a daily basis. Become quite knowledgeable about people, personalities, construction, financing, Nevada Statutes, Making Presentations, creating your own business style. Working outside of an office.

      Cons

      The downside would be if you were placed at a very slow, or over-priced community, where there is a lot of competition who offer more amenities for less money.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
