      The people there are pretty great and the compensation is good. It's pretty easy to make sales since the company offers great commissions the real estate agents.

      Lots of sitting around waiting for people Aggressive sales techniques are encouraged Easy to lose sales to other salespeople due to systems in place

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.
