      DR Horton is a recognized name in the industry. The name, price and incentives set them apart from other builders. Freedom to make as much as you're willing to work. Decent management team.

      Cons

      I really can't complain but I'll say favoritism is an issue in my office.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Cons

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
