Pros

Was able to manage construction of many homes and able to close many per month, resulting in tremendous income earning potential.

Cons

Very unethical building practices. Inspections of constructed homes were not thorough and performed haphazardly. Houses are put together poorly and management turned blind eye to it. These homes will have substantial issues in the future. Felt terrible about the product that was being produced so I quit and found employment elsewhere. Management changes comp structures at their discretion so that it benefits them and their managerial bonus comp plan. Complete joke of a division. I hope other divisions aren’t this bad. Sad situation.

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
