      Pros

      Good place to learn and move from divisions in the company. Company is expanding market share and is more stable than smaller builder companies.

      Cons

      Salary for each position is capped so working harder does not equate higher salary. Few opportunities for overtime so less control over your income. The company is all about the bottom line and building houses fast and selling them as quick as possible and keeping costs as low as possible.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Pros

      High volume sales and great pay

      Cons

      They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
