Pros

Great company to work for with a very rewarding income potential. Some managers are great, good pay structure and draw.

Cons

Benefits are not great because it’s a high cap insurance so it’s like having no insurance unless you have a big health issue, PTO for a sales job shouldn’t be so low in my opinion because you make what you work for, the commission structure for sales agents it’s ok but should definitely improve since sales agents do a lot more than buyer agents (marketing, outreach, transaction coordinator, closing coordinator and sometimes even lender coordinator) also the pressure for lender cap is uncomfortable. The metrics for how good of a sales agent is shouldn’t be based on prefer lender retention (that should fall on the lender) while completely disregarding the production $$ category we’re sales agents not lender agents.

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

High volume sales and great pay

Cons

They work you like a slave, there is no work-life balance, and most people end up divorced and in the hospital due to the insane amount of stress. Average tenure is 3 years for this position, but if you can stick it out for 3 years, it's potentially life-changing money. They have intentionally created an environment where only the strong survive. Have an exit-strategy and a back up plan for when things hit the fan.
