      doesn't require much past experience 5% discount on a home

      Cons

      very few holidays off terrible PTO program fully in office with a terrible office many employees act like its a life or death job toxic culture no guidance or leaderhship the whole time I was there I had no manager and was never trained but was constantly told I was doing things wrong, they refused to hire a marketing manager Was told I would be paid more in interviews then my offer was $10k lower than discussed and wouldn't negotiate

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
