Pros

great for entry level builders

Cons

not paid enough for the work completed and bonuses are bad to begin with, but they nitpick everything to lower that $800 bonus per house completed to practically nothing while sales members make 600k+ per year builders MIGHT make 80-90k/year salary and bonuses

Pros

You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

Cons

Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

Pros

Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

Cons

Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
