      Good starting point for construction career, decent benefit package

      Cons

      Company is very BroClub oriented. You need to be in the 'clique' in order to get promoted or good pay raises. Also very conservative people in this company and construction overall. Pay could be much better.

      Pros

      You get paid well. The more you care, the better the reputation you will create and the better the clients will be.

      Cons

      Depending on community you get it can be more of a grind and take some time to get it running the way it needs to be. The drive to a community may be far from your house.

      Amazing team environment. Pay and benefits are very strong as well. They take care of their employees.

      Be expected to put in more than just the typical 9-5 work schedule.
