I came to work every day excited to sell, until anyone from management arrived to stomp the excitement out of me. (Yes, this is actually a pro)
Cons
Directionless, lack of leadership, training, and support, verbal bullying, unrealistic expectations
D&M Leasing Response

I have read your review and appreciate your honesty. A well supported, professional environment is extremely important and we welcome any comments that help us accomplish that goal. We regret your experience here was not more positive. Our management team is one of the most tenured and productive in the industry.
We pride ourselves on a hands on training program to help all of our new agents get a strong grasp of our selling system and techniques. Most of our new agents start quickly, and make around $100,000 the first year. Nearly seventy percent of our agents have been here five years, many as long as ten to twenty, and they are a strong support group for the newer members of the team.
Since your post was anonymous there is no way for us to know the exact circumstances that led to your experience here. If you would like to reach out to me directly I would be interested to hear the details so we can improve relations for all of our employees.
Thank you,
Darren Hasley

This company has a great culture from the top down. Management actually cares about their employees and their lives outside of work. D&M has a lot of tenured employees for a reason!
Cons
D&M is a truly unique company, and as such there can be a steep learning curve for some positions.
Great Work / Life balance!
Ability to earn 6-figure income year after year!
Promotes from within the organization!
Management has a clear understanding as to what tools you need to be successful from 1 -3 years / 4 - 7 years / 7 to 10 years plus.
Cons
You have to forgive my bias thoughts on the word **Cons** as I just celebrated my 10th year work anniversary here at D&M Leasing - Fort Worth. I have read through all the posted reviews regarding: Micromanagement, Expensive Benefits, Intense Early Days, Commission Chargebacks & Turnover. If this list of stated **Cons** represents a 50-year-old world-class organization that cares about the success of each employee from day one. Then I am proud to represent that employer. For each Pro there is a Con. For each Con there is a Pro. We are all entitled to our own thoughts / opinions. But they should come from a place in which you have gone through it, worked through it, built something through it longer than a few months or a year or two. My only *Con* is that I should have relocated to Texas and found D&M 20 years ago and not 10 as this would have been my 20th work anniversary celebrated this month. wag3
