Pros

I've been with D & M for 2 years and I truly appreciate the motivating office environment, great managerial support and strong client relationships. Having worked in the auto sales and finance industry for most of my life, it is an amazing change to be able to stay in the industry, working a normal work week rather than the 60-75 hour work weeks, while still earning the income I am accustomed to and being home with my family for dinner every night and weekends.

Cons

For the first time in my career, I can honestly state that I really do not have anything truly negative to report about my work place. Even the little things that may irritate are taken care of in a positive manner.

Pros

This company has a great culture from the top down. Management actually cares about their employees and their lives outside of work. D&M has a lot of tenured employees for a reason!

Cons

D&M is a truly unique company, and as such there can be a steep learning curve for some positions.

Pros

Great Work / Life balance! Ability to earn 6-figure income year after year! Promotes from within the organization! Management has a clear understanding as to what tools you need to be successful from 1 -3 years / 4 - 7 years / 7 to 10 years plus.

Cons

You have to forgive my bias thoughts on the word **Cons** as I just celebrated my 10th year work anniversary here at D&M Leasing - Fort Worth. I have read through all the posted reviews regarding: Micromanagement, Expensive Benefits, Intense Early Days, Commission Chargebacks & Turnover. If this list of stated **Cons** represents a 50-year-old world-class organization that cares about the success of each employee from day one. Then I am proud to represent that employer. For each Pro there is a Con. For each Con there is a Pro. We are all entitled to our own thoughts / opinions. But they should come from a place in which you have gone through it, worked through it, built something through it longer than a few months or a year or two. My only *Con* is that I should have relocated to Texas and found D&M 20 years ago and not 10 as this would have been my 20th work anniversary celebrated this month. wag3
