Pros

Great income potential if you can last about 3 years for lease renewals to come around.

Cons

Serious pressure to perform. Only professional sales persons should apply. Constant fear of being fired before you can learn how the system works.

Thanks for the feedback. We always use constructive criticism to help improve our company. Agreed, the pressure to perform here is high and that is not for everybody. I think you will find any company that emphasizes maximizing potential and staying ahead of the market is similar. With this philosophy we do have the potential to help our agents make a lot of money while working family friendly hours. I sincerely regret your fear of being fired early in your time here. We invest more in our new agents than most all companies in our industry. We committed to a three week paid training program on our proprietary, proven sales system with full-time staff as well as a proprietary, web based DMS program designed to make it easier for all agents to do their job. Statistically we have found that agents who benefit from these programs in their first 4 months on the job make better than average commissions and over the following 12 months will earn in excess of $100,000! Our goal is to effectively partner with every agent for success. Best of luck in your future endeavors. Joe Graber, President D&M Leasing

Pros

This company has a great culture from the top down. Management actually cares about their employees and their lives outside of work. D&M has a lot of tenured employees for a reason!

Cons

D&M is a truly unique company, and as such there can be a steep learning curve for some positions.

Pros

Great Work / Life balance! Ability to earn 6-figure income year after year! Promotes from within the organization! Management has a clear understanding as to what tools you need to be successful from 1 -3 years / 4 - 7 years / 7 to 10 years plus.

Cons

You have to forgive my bias thoughts on the word **Cons** as I just celebrated my 10th year work anniversary here at D&M Leasing - Fort Worth. I have read through all the posted reviews regarding: Micromanagement, Expensive Benefits, Intense Early Days, Commission Chargebacks & Turnover. If this list of stated **Cons** represents a 50-year-old world-class organization that cares about the success of each employee from day one. Then I am proud to represent that employer. For each Pro there is a Con. For each Con there is a Pro. We are all entitled to our own thoughts / opinions. But they should come from a place in which you have gone through it, worked through it, built something through it longer than a few months or a year or two. My only *Con* is that I should have relocated to Texas and found D&M 20 years ago and not 10 as this would have been my 20th work anniversary celebrated this month. wag3
