Pros
-Excellent training: there are short meetings 3x a week to revisit the fundamentals of the sales technique, as well as grow the understanding of what we offer. D&M challenges you to become an expert on everything that is part of the position, with more than adequate assistance. They provide you with every opportunity to succeed, and will assist any way they can. -Pay: although this is a full commission role, in the first year it is not just possible, but probably to make a high income, with the income increasing exponentially over time. Over time as goals are met, D&M upgrades the bonus structure as well, so they essentially pay you more money for the sake of making more money -Other Pros mentioned but do not require explanation: -Paid vacation -401k -Decent benefits package -Great company culture
Cons
I am mainly filling this box out because it's required, obviously anywhere is going to have minor irritations, but there is nothing that comes to mind that looms as a Con the way that the Pros do.
