Where to start... 80% of your leads are people that can't qualify for your program. The people that can qualify realize that there's an insane markup on the deal and avoid D&M because everywhere else is ALWAYS cheaper despite what anyone says.
The constant training, micro managing, and listening to your phone calls gets old extremely fast. On top of that, the sales script that they want you to use isn't effective and doesn't work. God forbid you stray from it every so slightly and you get told you aren't following the process, EVEN IF you close the deal.
Finally, the company President. Nepotism all the way around. Entitled, arrogant, intimidating and does not realize his scripts he wrote himself do not work. I watched at least 5 new hires leave in my tenure due to all of the above, and the only people making money are the sales people that have been there for years before the current selling system was in place.
