      Pros

      They sometimes reward you for hard work if you upsell the dried mangoes and re-useable bags with a Sunday shift.

      Cons

      No other incentive to do better but you have to upsell a lot You have to be on great terms with the manager to get a good amount of shifts otherwise you will be stuck on one a week

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
