      Great coworkers Good work experience (Since we do operations, but also store set up, payroll, recruiting, etc) Fun and interesting products

      Cons

      - NO work life balance (You are on call 24/7) - The company is afraid to fire anyone, which leaves upper management struggling with bad employees and an outdated discipline policy - Low pay for the amount of stress and work - Bare minimum hours for locations which leaves employees and the stores struggling

      Good hours (While I was there) Flexible schedule Nice pay

      Cons

      A lot of decisions were made not by management, but by higher ups at the company. Our stock was also decided on by some sort of computer algorithm, so we’d often have stuff in the back we couldn’t put on shelves without stuffing them. Overall, I think I got out just in time because former coworkers told me the hours got so bad that people were forced to go on food stamps.
