Pros
Amazing vision and products, nice/comfortable workspace, tech start up perks (yoga, massage, personal trainers, etc....), opportunity to do more than your job, general trust from teammates and management, culture of openness to new ideas, ability to move fast and make your own decisions. I love working at DAQRI, but understand that this environment may not be for everyone. You really need to take initiative here and have to be comfortable changing direction when needed. The work life balance is good, but you have to manage yourself and can't just say "yes" to everything that is asked of you. One of the greatest perks is being able to try new things. The environment is VERY intellectually engaging and things are never, ever boring.
Cons
There is some risk in working here. The company is still pre-revenue and there is no way to know for sure whether or not the products will be successful. Even if everything fell apart though, the experience would still be worth it for me.
