Pros

Daqri is a Great Company to work for. Unlimited PTO, Friendly Atmosphere, Great Benefits. Unlimited Healthy food in the kitchen. I was proud to work for Brian Mullins. Brian is highly intelligent and represents Daqri Very Well.

Cons

Lay off's without any warning. Investors backing out and cost reduction always goes to employees without any consideration to other ways to cut cost. Employees travel at high expense. Never using Motel 6, always using a high priced Hilton instead.

Pros

It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

Cons

The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
