The company has 2 dedicated onboarding specialists who run surface-level onboarding/training, not their fault, as they do as they are being told Management of all levels has no idea of strategy, if there is any and how to communicate it from up down The bottom line is not sure what they are doing, why, and what their end goal is The company's practice is to keep your head low and not question None of the customer-facing personnel know of the quarterly/annual targets that don't allow the acquisition, operations, and retention teams to effectively align their tactics
