Board of management isn’t very well, a lot of changes in a short time period, very bad with communication, and everyone on the same page

No options for work from anywhere for most corporate staff

Pros

Coworkers are great. They help out if they are not bogged down. Supervisors will work with you if you're falling behind or you need certain days off.

Cons

No raise in over 3 yrs. Standards constantly changing where if you're able to bonus, its hardly anything now.
