Pros

Flexible with scheduling, easy with on boarding, they recruit you.

Cons

They don't give raises to everyone, like other companies with the same contract. They don't follow labor laws, they allow GS admin to mistreat their own employees. People constantly quit because of the treatment and pay. They make you use your PTO/sick hourd to do CE training or other training needed for the job. PhD's get paid 30-40k more but do the same job duties as LCSW'S
