Pros

Unlimited PTO, good benefits. That’s about it.

Cons

Dawson promotes people depending on who kisses up to them. The people they put in leadership positions, have no idea how to lead anyone, even themselves. They go on and on that its “ohana”. If they mean that in the disfunction, avoid at all cost family, then maybe. They pay severely under market and work the people to death. This company lacks direction. The C-suite is a few people who have sucked up to the right person, massaged his ego, and have no clue what they are doing. They promise you the moon when they make the offer, and when you get in the door, about 2 weeks in you realize you have been completely scammed. There is a reason there are so many poor reviews. If you take a job here, consider yourself warned. Between the federal investigation they are under, the C-suite, the leadership, the discriminatory practices, etc. all I can say is good luck. You are assured of being miserable and having your career stalled..

Cons

Manager works remotely and unable to quickly deal with customer when a disagreement occurs with customer.
