The give competitive pay Good training structure if you want to climb up the ranks There is a management program where you can climb up from Executive to managerial role
Cons
Lots of overtime. If your pay is a certain amount or you are Executive and above, your overtime is basically unpaid. I used to OT everyday and I also see my manager going home later than me. Weekends also need to be called back to OT. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE
