Lack of Training & Development - IT Analyst DB Schenker Employee Review

I work in Schenker for 9 years. Pay and benefits are not competitive. No respect to employees. Management has no strategic vision. IT support weak, network speeds extremely slow, computer systems outdated. Unclear direction from senior management . Career flat-lines after a while.
