people hear are great. main reason that makes going bearable. competative wages for the area, good benifits. all the O.T. you want.
Cons
job posting suggest working for proctor and gamble, but in actuality only working for a sub contractor. all work/no life. direct management out of touch with employees. not much advancement opportunitys, mostly lateral transfers. getting vacation hours approved is like pulling teeth, don't even try for unpaid time off. lack of maintanance leads to less space for product
